BAKED ENCHILADAS 
1 recipe green enchilada sauce
10 corn tortillas, shredded
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned, or 4 c. cooked turkey or chicken, shredded
8 oz. Monterey cheese, grated
1/2 c. milk, if needed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease well 9 x 13 inch pan. In skillet heat to very hot the enchilada sauce, meat, 1/2 of the cheese. Remove from heat. Add milk if needed to make soupy. Line pan with 1/2 the tortillas. Spoon 1/2 of the filling over tortillas. Cover with rest of the tortillas. Add remaining meat mixture, sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
