CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-a-Roni
1 chicken, cut up
1 c. mild cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter

Cook meat, leave in large pieces. Cook rice, using juice from meat, add water for remaining amount. Cook broccoli 10 minutes in unsalted water; drain. Combine and heat soup, milk and 1/2 stick butter. Pour over rice, broccoli, chicken and cheese; mix well. Place in greased casserole. Bake 40 minutes. Combine corn flakes and 1/2 stick butter, melted. Top casserole. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer or until bubbly and brown at 350 degrees.
