BAKED BROCCOLI 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, frozen
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Rinse, thaw and cook broccoli. Drain and cool. Use some of the cooking oil to grease casserole, the balance on crumbs. Arrange cooked broccoli in casserole. Mix the milk, soup, cheese, beaten egg and butter and pour over the broccoli. Top with the oiled bread crumbs and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
