LOW CALORIE PIZZA HUT DISH | |
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 3 oz. chopped onion 3 c. tomato sauce 1/2 to 1 c. mushroom pieces 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, onion salt 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. black pepper 3 c. (cooked) noodles 2 oz. Parmesan cheese 4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese Spray 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Brown meat, drain and add spices and sauce and mushrooms. Simmer 15 minutes. Put noodles in bottom of glass pan, pour sauce mixture over noodles; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, then with Parmesan cheese last. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more. Makes 6 servings. |
