MEXICAN DEEP DISH PIZZA 
3 pkgs. Refrig. Buttermilk Biscuits (7.5 oz)
1 jar thick & chunky salsa (24 oz.)
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese (16 oz.)
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 can pitted olives, chopped
1 bulb. garlic, minced
1 small bunch green onions, chopped

Quarter the biscuts. In large bowl, combine biscuts, salsa, green pepper & olives. Mix gently. Add about 1-handful of the chopped green onions. Add the garlic. Add 1/2 the cheese. Stir well. Spread the mixture in a 13x9 pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese and green onions on top.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 min. Serve with sour cream. Enjoy!
