DEEP-DISH PIZZA 
3 c. Bisquick or 1 Pillsbury pizza crust
3/4 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
15 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Canadian bacon

Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease jelly roll pan. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured surface. Knead 20 times. Pat dough on pan bottom with floured hands. Go up side of pan with dough. You can use Pillsbury pizza crust and put in pan the same way.

Cook ground beef and onion with salt and garlic; drain. Mix tomato sauce with Italian seasoning. Spread evenly over dough. Spoon beef mixture evenly over sauce. Top with mushrooms, green pepper, Canadian bacon, pepperoni and cheese.

Bake in preheated 425°F oven until crust is browned, about 20 minutes.
