DEEP DISH PIZZA DOUGH | |
2 pkg. yeast 2/3 c. plus 4 tbsp. warm water 3 c. flour 1/2 c. olive oil 1 tbsp. salt Dissolve yeast in warm water. Then mix all the ingredients together. Knead for 5 minutes. Put dough in lightly oiled bowl and cover. Let rise until double, about 1 hour. Divide dough in half and put on two 12 inch greased pizza pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
