PIZZA HOT DISH (WEIGHT WATCHERS) | |
1 lb., 10 oz. ground turkey 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 3 c. tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. sweet basil 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. ground fennel seed 4 c. cooked noodles 2 oz. grated Cheddar cheese 2 oz. Mozzarella cheese 2 oz. Parmesan cheese 1 c. canned mushrooms Broil meat to desired doneness. Combine meat, green pepper, onion, and spices with tomato sauce. Simmer 15 minutes over low heat. Cook, rinse and drain noodles. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan, sprayed with Pam. Pour meat sauce over noodles. Sprinkle cheeses. Arrange mushrooms. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into 8 sections. Each section equals: 4 proteins, 1/4 vegetable, 1 bread, 37 optional calories. |
