SWEDISH FRUIT SOUP 
1/4 lb. raisins
1/4 lb. dried prunes
1/2 lb. dried apricots, peaches and apples
4 c. water
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 lemon, sliced very thin
3 tbsp. sugar

Combine dried fruit, water, cinnamon, lemon and sugar and simmer on low for 15 minutes.

1 1/2 tbsp. tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt

Add tapioca and salt and cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Serve with yogurt. Good with breakfast or as a light dessert.
