AMERICAN FRUIT SOUP 
1 lg. can fruit cocktail
1 (3 oz.) pkg. coconut pudding mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
Bananas & whipped cream (optional)

Drain fruit cocktail. Add water to juice to make 3 1/2 cups. Mix in saucepan with pudding. Cook until slightly thickened. Add Jello. Cool. Add fruit, chill 6 hours or more. Before serving, may add bananas and dollop of whipped cream to top. Keeps well, but may need to add more fruit juice for right consistency.
