BREAKFAST TACOS 
1 lb. bulk sausage
6-8 eggs
12 corn tortillas
Grated cheese
Salsa or hot sauce

Brown meat and drain. Meantime, fry shells in dry iron skillet about 1 1/2 minutes each side. Shape for a taco. Add eggs to sausage and cook until eggs are set. Fill taco shells with meat mixture. Top with cheese and salsa.
