HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter
1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
10 oz. sour cream

Let potatoes thaw slightly. Add other ingredients; mix well. Place in sprayed 13 x 9-inch dish.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 1 hour or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Add a few crushed potato chips after baking.

Can also use reduced fat or fat-free products to lower calories.
