HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed 1/2 c. melted butter 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. grated cheese Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into oiled casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Use crushed corn flakes crumbs or Pepperidge Farms bread crumbs and 1/4 cup butter on top before baking. |
