BEEF AND BROCCOLI PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 deep dish pie shells
1 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli or fresh
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
Onion, chopped
Salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten

Brown beef and onion in skillet. Drain fat. Stir in flour, salt and garlic salt. Add 1 1/4 cups milk and softened cream cheese. Cook and stir until bubbly. Stir about 1 cup of beef mixture into beaten egg, return to skillet 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in cooked, chopped broccoli. Spoon into pie shell. Arrange Mozzarella cheese on top. Put on 2nd pie shell. Press edges together and cut slits in top. Brush top crust with a little milk. Bake on preheated cookie sheet at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. 6 servings.
