FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough (Pillsbury)
8 oz. whipped topping
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
Fruit: sliced strawberries, kiwi fruit, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, sliced apples, cherries, peaches, grapes, etc.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice up cookie dough. Place cookie slices on greased 14 inch pizza pan and press with fingers to form crust. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove and cool. Mix together cheese and whipped topping until smooth. Spread evenly over cookie crust. Arrange your choice of fruits in a creative, decorative pattern. Fruits that brown when exposed to air dip in lemon juice, then drain. Chill pizza until ready to serve. Slice into wedges. Serves 8 to 12.
