TEXAS TEA CAKE 
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cocoa, water and butter and bring to boil. Mix remaining ingredients and add hot chocolate mix and other ingredients, then add eggs, mix until smooth and pour into greased 15 x 11 inch cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

Five minutes before cake is done, mix icing and pour onto cake as soon as it comes from oven. Bring to boil, remove from heat. Add almost a full box of powdered sugar, 1 1/2 cup nuts (pecans) 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour on hot cake.
