CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns or tater tots
1 stick butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup

Mix all but potatoes over low heat until melted. Spread potatoes into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour melted ingredients over potatoes. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
