EASY CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook milk, butter, and cheese in saucepan until the cheese is melted. Pour mixture over frozen potatoes in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Serves 8-10.
