EASY CHEESY POTATO SOUP | |
2 tbsp. minced onion 2 tsp. instant bouillon (chicken) 1/4-1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/4 c. mashed potato flakes 1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. bacon bits Combine the first 3 ingredients with 2 1/2 cups of water in skillet. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients in order listed. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Do not boil. Yields 4 servings. |
