24 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes 2 c. water 1 tbsp. minced onion 2 c. milk 1 can cream soup (celery, mushroom, chicken, or onion) Salt and pepper to taste 1 c. grated American cheese Cook hash browns, onion, and water for 7 minutes, add milk, soup, salt, and pepper and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. |
