EASY CHEESY POTATOES 
32 oz. frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream

Place partially thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Mix slightly with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
