EASY CHEESY POTATOES 
4 cans sliced new potatoes, drained
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. frozen chopped onion

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In saucepan, melt Velveeta with milk on low heat to make cheese sauce, stirring constantly until cheese is melted completely. In large casserole dish, combine potatoes, frozen onion and cheese sauce. Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly on top. 4 to 6 servings.
