EASY "CHEESY" POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen has browns
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (use more if you like)

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly. Serves 12.
