CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen diced potatoes
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan (double recipe for large kitchen stainless steel pans). Melt butter, cubed Velveeta in milk, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.

Pour of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Until top is lightly browned. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. 9 x 13 inch. Serves 12-15. Double serves 25.
