32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes 1/2 c. melted butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 12 oz. grated American cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1/2 sm. onion, diced 2 c. crushed potato chips 1/4 c. melted butter Place thawed potatoes in 9"x13" baking dish. Mix 1/2 cup melted butter, cream of chicken soup, cheese, sour cream, salt and onion together and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle potato chip crumbs on top. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
