CHICKEN LIVERS VERONIQUE 
1 lb. chicken livers
4 tbsp. sliced green onion
4 tbsp. butter
8 tbsp. dry white wine
2 tsp. cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
32 seedless green grapes, halved
Hot cooked rice

Halve chicken livers and cook with onion and butter for 5 minutes. Combine wine, cornstarch, salt and pepper.

Add to livers, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in grapes. Serve over hot rice.
