MOCK VEAL PARMESAN 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 bud garlic, or garlic salt
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 sauce can of water
1 egg
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Saute onions and garlic in small amount of oil or butter until clear. Add other ingredients and allow to simmer slowly. Dredge 6 pieces of cubed steak in egg that has been beaten with equal volume of water, and then in bread crumbs. Brown meat quickly in a little oil. Do not cook done, just brown on outside. Put meat in long flat casserole. Put Mozzarella cheese over meat, then pour tomato sauce over all. Sprinkle top generously with Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly and cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and cook 20 minutes or until meat sticks tender.
