MOCK VEAL PARMESAN 
1 1/2 lb. turkey burger, ground beef combination
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. diced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 drops Tabasco
Mozzarella cheese
Tomato sauce

Combine all ingredients and pat out about 3/4 inch on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight or put in freezer for 1-2 hours. Cut into pieces, dip into flour and brown in small amount of hot fat. Place "steaks" in a 9 x 13 inch pan, in a single layer.

Cover with homemade spaghetti sauce or a jar of Ragu. Cover with slices of mozzarella or Jack cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
