ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pkg. O'Brien potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. (1 pt.) sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. diced ham

Thaw potatoes, combine with other ingredients. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Can be made and baked ahead of time. Freezes well. Reheat frozen at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or defrosted for 20 minutes.
