ESCALLOPED POTATOES & MUSHROOMS 
1 qt. sliced potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can of mushroom soup
Buttered bread crumbs

Peel and slice potatoes. Place in a buttered baking dish in alternate layers with mushroom soup. Season and sprinkle top with bread crumbs and bake 1 hour or longer until potatoes are soft.
