BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 can beer
2 1/2 tbsp. wheat germ

Mix flour, sugar and wheat germ together in large bowl. Add beer and stir thoroughly. Grease bread pan and pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Tastes like sourdough and is excellent sliced thinly and toasted.
