BEER BREAD | |
3 c. self-rising flour 3 tbsp. sugar 1 egg 1 (12 oz.) can beer In one bowl sift the flour and sugar. In second bowl beat egg. Add beer. Pour in flour and mix well. Grease loaf pan. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 1 hour or until top is browned. Spread butter on top of bread and let cool on rack. |
