CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chocolate (cocoa) powderized
2 1/2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, save the whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell

In large saucepan, mix sugar, flour and cocoa, add a little milk - enough to dissolve mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Take off heat, add egg yolks, vanilla and rest of milk. Return to stove and cook until thick. Pour into pie shell then take egg whites and 6 teaspoons of sugar. Beat with mixer until stiff. Spoon on top of chocolate pie. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
