PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. quick oats
1/8 c. brown sugar

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom of baking pan. Beat egg slightly with fork. Stir in milk, pumpkin and butter. Blend dry ingredients and stir into pumpkin mixture just until flour is moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Fold in raisins. Spread batter in pan. Sprinkle oats and brown sugar over the top. Bake 18-20 minutes.
