CHRISTMAS CROWN JEWEL SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Prepare lime and cherry Jello using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each. Pour each in a flat pan, chill until firm and then cube.

Heat lemon Jello, pineapple juice and sugar together, stirring until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water and chill until mixture begins to thicken. Whip and then fold in the Cool Whip and Jello cubes. Chill several hours before serving.
