BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE 
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, add sugar and syrup. Boil for about 1 minute, until thick and bubbly. Add cream and cook for 1 more minute, stirring constantly. Cool and flavor with vanilla. Makes 4 servings.
