BUSY DAY MACARONI 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 c. water
1/2 to 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

In a 2 quart glass casserole, crumble ground beef. Microwave on full power 5 minutes, stirring twice to break up ground beef. Drain off fat. Add sauce, uncooked macaroni and water to casserole. Microwave on full power, covered, 13 minutes. Stir once. Sprinkle cheese on top. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Or use 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, 1/2 lb. ground beef and add a little oregano.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
