MACARONI & BEEF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2-1 c. diced onion

Cook elbows; drain. Brown meat in fry pan; add onion and green pepper, cook 5 minutes. Combine macaroni, meat mixture, tomato sauce, cheese and salt; mix well. Bake in large covered casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

In microwave use microwave safe covered casserole. High 6 minutes; medium high 5 minutes, stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
