MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 qt. (4 c.) water
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
2 c. (7 oz.) macaroni

In 4 cup glass measure, microwave (High) water, oil and salt 6 to 8 minutes until boiling. Place macaroni in 3 quart glass dish; pour boiling water over macaroni. Microwave (High), covered, 6 to 8 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Rest, covered 10 minutes. Drain extra liquid before serving.

Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
