BUTTERSCOTCH SUNDAE SAUCE 
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (NOT instant)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water

Combine in saucepan. Cook over low heat until all sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons butter. Serve warm or cold over ice cream. Makes 1 cup.
