2 c. crushed fresh peaches (about 4 med.)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract

FOR PARFAIT OR SUNDAE:

Vanilla ice cream
Chopped nuts, if desired

Mix crushed peaches, sugar, orange juice in 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Cook and stir over high heat until it boils. Turn heat low. Simmer, uncovered about 15 minutes, or until sauce gets thick. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Allow to cool slightly and serve over vanilla ice cream.
