APRICOT FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained 1/2 c. green seedless grapes, halved 1/4 c. chopped peeled apples 1/4 c. chopped nuts Bring nectar to boil. Add Jello, stir until dissolved. Stir in water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into oiled 4 cup mold. Chill until firm. |
