1 lb. flour (4 c.) 1 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 lb. butter or Imperial 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 2 egg yolks 1 tsp. lemon juice Mix all together. Dough is better if chilled. Keep overnight. You may use apricot, prune or cheese fillings or any that you care for. Roll out dough and cut in squares. Fill squares with filling and pinch corners. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes or longer until they are light brown or until they are done. |
