SEVEN SPICE DEVILED EGGS | |
3 hard boiled eggs 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. 7 Spice powder 1/3 tsp. rice wine vinegar 1/3 tsp. mustard powder Slice egg in half. Scoop out yolk into a small bowl; set whites aside. Mash yolks with a potato masher. Add vinegar, mustard powder and 7 Spice powder. Beat with a fork till smooth. Spoon yolk into whites. Sprinkle with additional 7 spice to garnish.
