BROCCOLI SUPREME CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick garlic cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook broccoli and drain. Put in casserole dish; saute onions in butter. Add soup, cheese and sour cream; stir until melted and smooth. Pour over broccoli. Top with bread crumbs and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown (a small can of mushrooms may be added).
