CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
4 whole chicken breasts
1 good sized bunch fresh broccoli or 1 bag frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
3/4 tsp. curry powder
4 Holland rusk

Line greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan with broccoli, fresh or frozen, uncooked. Put chicken pieces on top. Pour sauce over chicken. Take 4 Holland rusk mixed with 2 tablespoons butter. Cover with crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour, uncovered.
