EVERYDAY MEAT LOAF 
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. fine chopped onion
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and pepper. Add ground beef. Mix thoroughly meat and seasonings. Spoon meat mixture into pan or mold and pat. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Spoon off excess meat drippings and fat.

To glaze meat, combine catsup, brown sugar, dry mustard, spread over top of meat. Bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 6.
