REGULAR, EVERYDAY BRAN MUFFINS 
1 box All Bran cereal
2 c. boiling water
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks (1 c.) butter
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix 2 cups of cereal with water; set aside to cool. Cream sugar and butter. Add remaining ingredients and rest of bran cereal to sugar/butter mixture; mix well. Stir in soaked bran buds.

Store mix in refrigerator and bake muffins as needed. Do not restir when going to bake. Just dip as is. Makes a bunch! Spray muffin tin with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
