HEATH BAR COFFEE CAKE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. white sugar 2 c. flour 1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. baking soda 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. Heath Bar Brickle TOPPING: 3/4 c. Heath Bar Brickle 1/4 c. pecans, chopped Blend butter, sugars and flour. Take out 3/4 cup of this mixture (use for topping). To the cake mixture add buttermilk, soda, egg, vanilla and 3/4 cup brickle. Blend well and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix brickle, pecans and 3/4 cup mixture (that you saved) and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
