BAKED CHICKEN AND POTATOES 
Chicken breasts or parts
4 med. potatoes, pared
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Paprika
1 tbsp. oregano
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. salad oil
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove skin from chicken; cut potatoes in quarters.

In roasting pan, place chicken and potatoes. Arrange sliced onions over chicken. Mix bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, cheese, and garlic. Sprinkle over chicken and potatoes.

Pour water and salad oil over. Salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, then covered for 35 minutes.
